Connectors let Claude read from, and in some cases act in, the apps you already use. You turn them on in Claude's settings and sign in to each app. Exactly which connectors you see depends on your plan.
1. Gmail
Summarise long threads, find old emails in plain English, draft replies. Find the last 3 emails from my supplier about delivery dates and summarise them.
2. Google Drive
Search and read your documents without opening them. Find my 2025 price list in Drive and tell me what we charged for tiling per square foot.
3. Google Calendar
See your schedule and find free time. What does my week look like, and where can I fit a 2-hour site visit?
4. Notion
Pull pages and databases into a chat; create or update notes. Summarise this week's tasks from my Projects database.
5. Slack
Catch up on busy channels and draft messages. What did I miss in #sales since Monday?
6. GitHub
Review pull requests, read issues, explain code. Explain what changed in the last merged pull request.
7. Jira
Check tickets and sprint status conversationally. Which tickets are blocked and who owns them?
8. Figma
Read designs and help turn them into specs or code.
9. Canva and Adobe
Create and resize graphics where those connectors are available.
10. Blender
Community-built connections let Claude script 3D scenes using Blender's Python API.
Tips
- Start with one connector — usually email or Drive — and use it for a week.
- Be specific about which folder, label or channel to look in.
- Review before sending. Let Claude draft; you hit send.
- Only connect what you need and disconnect apps you stop using.
