- GitHub = Code reviewer – Review pull requests and fix issues
- Notion = Self-updating wiki – Turn project changes into documentation
- Playwright = QA tester – Write and run automated browser tests
- Figma = Design-to-code – Turn designs into front-end code
- Supabase = Weekend SaaS – Apps with a database, logins and storage
- Excel / CSV = Data analyst – Clean data and automate spreadsheet work
- Chrome = Web automation – Automate browser tasks and debug websites
- Docker = DevOps helper – Build and fix containers
- PostgreSQL = SQL expert – Explore schemas and write queries
- Slack = Team assistant – Answer coding questions in team chat
- Vercel = Idea-to-live-site – Deploy apps in minutes
- Jupyter = Research partner – Analyse data and test ideas in notebooks
- AWS = Cloud architect – Design and manage cloud infrastructure
- Terminal = 10x developer – Control your whole dev environment in plain English
Getting started
- Begin with GitHub + a small project you already understand.
- Describe the outcome, not the code: *"Add a contact form that emails me and saves to the database."*
- Commit your work before big changes so you can roll back.
- Review every change before it goes live — especially anything touching payments, passwords or customer data.
Not a coder?
Claude Code still helps: ask it to build a simple internal tool, explain what it did in plain English, and fix errors you paste in.
