Free Quotation Template (Excel, J$)

A proper written quote wins more jobs than a price typed into WhatsApp. It shows the customer exactly what they're getting, how long the price is good for and what deposit you need. If they come back later saying something was included, you have it in writing.

This template works for printing, catering, repairs, events, deliveries, or any business that gives prices before the job starts.

What you can do with it

• Send professional quotes with your logo and details
• Set how long the price is valid (14 days by default)
• Show the deposit needed to start the job
• Get the customer to sign and accept the quote
• Copy the lines straight into the invoice template once they say yes

Good to know

• Fill only the light-yellow cells. The totals work themselves out.
• The example line is only there to show the format, so delete it first.
• Keep GCT at 0% unless you're registered.
• Save it as a PDF before sending so the layout doesn't move.
• Works in Excel, Google Sheets and LibreOffice.
